The company is implementing a weekly triad call between the VA, client, and CEO to see the progress and reports done by the VA per week, and we can also provide suggestions for business development.

Our company will also provide 24/7 support by mentors in case if they need help running tools or advice for his/her work.

 

The VA will also be trained by the company based on the needs of the business.

Is there any contracts?

There is no contract. You are billed on hourly basis and there is no cancellation fee or penalty.

What is the coverage of your payment?


Our company will also provide 24/7 support by mentors in case if they need help running tools or advice for his/her work. Each client will have their VA, immediate supervisor from our company, and CEO presence at all times in each channel from Slack. To observe progress, monitoring, and support.

    The VA will also be trained by the company based on the needs of the business. If things go south or there will be a behavioral issue or such any unacceptable things that the VA has done, we will replace the VA for FREE. 

Do you track time or using time tracking softwares?

We prefer not to track hours/monitor their work, but progress and quality. It is up to you! You can use Clockify, Google Spreadsheet, or any time tracking tools.


We send you daily reports with all of the activities your assistant has worked on and what tasks are pending.

How sure am I that the VAs are doing the quality of work?

Your dedicated virtual assistant will have studied at university in different backgrounds like marketing, finance, business, public relations, programming, design, and many others.

We also do have mentors that can support your VA 24/7 and triad calls weekly with the CEO for business meetings/updates.

If the VA is not giving any result or bad behavior we will issue a warning twice, but if the attitude and work are still habitual, we will dismiss the VA and provide a replacement. 

As we are not tolerating such liabilities in the company.

What type of platform/apps are known to the VAs?

All of the assistants have experience using Microsoft Office and most are proficient in CRMs such as Basecamp, Infusionsoft, Zendesk, etc. Depending on your requirements, some assistants can use accounting software, design software, programming environments, CMSs, etc.

How can I communicate with my assistant?

Your dedicated virtual assistant can be contacted via Slack as we are creating specific channels with the mentor, VA, and the client. Making sure that the quality of work is strictly being monitored.

What's in it for me and the VA?

Your hourly fee covers the employee’s salary, benefits, vacation time, bonuses, office space, and equipment. It includes scanning, emailing, data input, etc.

Can my Virtual Assistant work on holidays, weekends, or after-hours?

The hourly rate will still be the same. It will be up to you if you will be giving a bonus to the VA for the holidays.

What if I wanted to add workload for the VA beyond for what he/she is doing?

Just do let us know, and we will adjust it accordingly to the difficulty of the tasks.

What if my VA used my credit card without my authorization?

Automatic dismissal for the VA shall be implemented and FREE REPLACEMENT of VA. 
It will still be your responsibility whether you'll be giving the credit card information, the company will not be held liable for any loss/damage.
